What does "infrastructure isolated by server role" mean?
It means web servers, databases, and email services do not run on the same machine and do not share the same execution environment. If one component is attacked or has a technical issue, isolation limits the impact without compromising the rest of the platform.
Where is the data physically hosted?
In ISO 27001 certified UK data centres, with restricted physical access and strict personal data processing policies, compliant with UK GDPR.
What happens if a site is hit with a DDoS attack?
Abnormal traffic is detected and filtered automatically at the network level, before it reaches the application. The platform is built to stay available during volumetric attacks, not just report on them afterwards.
How often are backups made, and where are they stored?
Daily, automatic, isolated from the live server, and AES-256 encrypted at rest. We keep copies for 30 days and offer free restoration on request.
Is Zebrabyte a hosting reseller?
