How long does the partner onboarding process take?
Usually, less than 24 hours pass from submitting the application to activating the partner account. After approval, you get access to marketing materials, the partner API (for the Premium and Agency tiers) and the Zebrabyte services presentation guide.
How and when are commissions paid?
Commissions are calculated automatically at every billing cycle of the client you brought in and are paid monthly by bank transfer. You can check your commission status at any time in the partner dashboard, without requesting manual reports.
Pot revinde serviciile Zebrabyte sub brandul propriu (white-label)?
Yes, in the Agency tier. You can invoice end clients under your own brand, while Zebrabyte remains the technical provider behind the scenes (hosting, security, maintenance). The end client deals exclusively with your agency, not directly with us.
Is there a minimum commitment or a minimum number of clients?
The Standard tier has no mandatory minimum number of clients. The Premium and Agency tiers require a minimum monthly volume of new clients, but there is no minimum contract length: you can stop the partnership at any time, without penalties.
What level of technical support do I get for the clients I bring in?
